Kim is a Greeneville native and brings a lifetime of payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting experience in education, manufacturing, religious non for profit, and retail to her position. She has two sons who have been "customers" of Greeneville City Schools. Kim says, "I am thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside great educators toward our goal of doing what’s best for the youth of our community.  I’m happy to call Greeneville home, along with my husband, two sons and sweet fur baby Snickers."

Brenda has lived in Greene County all her life and has spent her entire career at Greeneville City Schools. She possesses a wealth of bookkeeping and Munis ERP System knowledge, and she assists with the District's budget development each year. In her spare time, she enjoys yard work, playing softball, and spending time with her grandson, Jake.

Tamara graduated Valedictorian from West Greene High School, then attended Walters State Community College before transferring to East Tennessee State University to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Finance. She has lived in Greene County her entire life and currently lives in Greeneville with husband, Adam and her twins, Luke and Lyla. Tamara loves spending her evenings and weekends at one of her Merle Norman Cosmetics stores. Tamara says, "I have worked for Greeneville City Schools for over 16 years, and I love getting to know our employees, students, and parents." 

Ellen Lipe

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Tennessee since 2013 and since then has earned the designations of Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations (SFO) and Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO). She brings experience in education finance, audit, taxation, and banking to her position. Mrs. Lipe currently serves as the President of the Tennessee Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) and on the Board of Emerging Leaders of the Southeastern Association of School Business Officials (SASBO). Ellen lives in Greeneville with her husband, Alex, and her two sons, Archie and Austin. When she isn't working, she enjoys singing in her church choir and traveling to destinations near and far. She says, "I am honored to be part of a school district who cares deeply about the students we serve. The employees of Greeneville City Schools don't just care about student learning, but they seek to live out the mission statement of Cultivating the Mind and Impacting the Heart through Excellence and Equity."
